Hey there! Can you let me know specifically how the backup was created and how you're going about restoring it?

Hi all,
The backup system is the internal tool that i see in Files section. No other tool for now.
I want to restore entire backup account from the old server to new one.
Same backup tool used for backup in old server and restore in new server0 -
No problem for the filesystem, because we have seen that the filesystem is mounted without any limits.
No noexec, no nosuid and any othe options.
What's the problem

Thanks for the additional details. If this is a cPanel backup, you'll want to create the account first and then restore the file from inside that particular cPanel user.
If that is what you're doing and things are still not working you'll need to reach to someone with root access so they can do some additional troubleshooting.

Please, consider that this server has secure filesystem layout:
/dev/mapper/almalinux-root / xfs defaults,uquota 0 0
UUID=91e65d85-8526-45f8-b732-b5d44ad53a3f /boot xfs defaults 0 0
/dev/mapper/almalinux-home /home xfs defaults,uquota 0 0
/dev/mapper/almalinux-tmp /tmp xfs defaults,nodev,noexec,nosuid 0 0
/dev/mapper/almalinux-var /var xfs defaults,nodev,nosuid,uquota 0 0
/dev/mapper/almalinux-var_log /var/log xfs defaults,nodev,noexec,nosuid,uquota 0 0
/dev/mapper/almalinux-var_log_audit /var/log/audit xfs defaults,nodev,noexec,nosuid,uquota 0 0
/dev/mapper/almalinux-var_tmp /var/tmp xfs defaults,nodev,noexec,nosuid,uquota 0 0
/dev/mapper/almalinux-swap none swap defaults 0 0
tmpfs /dev/shm tmpfs defaults,relatime,inode64,nodev,noexec,nosuid 0 00 -
It would be best to create a ticket about this issue so this can be investigated directly on the server.
