Hey there! I am also not able to make any connection to this system. You'll need to speak with your hosting provider or datacenter to have them check the machine and see what is wrong.

You still need to work with your host if you don't have access to at least ssh.

I think issue is the os because i woke up and found everything down. Even backup are affected

Cpanel should have a reinstall command to fix issues with cpanel not doing installation on new server then move all backup

"/scripts/upcp --force" attempts a reinstall of any missing or altered cPanel files.
