    Hey there!  Ca you try running this command on the server to see if it returns an IP address?

    That's going to be the issue, then - it seems your server isn't able to properly look up external DNS records.

    You'll want to speak with your host to see what values should be placed in /etc/resolv.conf on your server, as each hosting provider usually has a specific set of public resolvers you can use.  If those are correct, they may also be able to identify another issue with your network configuration.  But until that basic check works, nothing on the system is going to work properly.
