WHM is unable to create an account

I am unable to create a new user and there is no response when submitting

  Hey there!  So you're saying that clicking "create" at the bottom of the page just doesn't do anything?  Are there any errors in the cPanel log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when you click create?  If not, can you try forcing a cPanel update with "/scripts/upcp --force" to see if that changes the behavior?
