Hey there!  I'm not able to reproduce this issue in our support system right now.  If you need immediate help you can still contact us through cs@cpanel.net and just note that you weren't able to create a normal support ticket.  Although, if the server is completely offline (as in, SSH and ping is not responding) you would want to contact your datacenter as we wouldn't be able to help with that.

You can also try signing in directly at id.cpanel.net to see if that gets things working for you.

Sure thing - if not, that Customer Service ticket is always an option.

Thanks for the reply, cPRex , sadly the WHM ticket submission refuses to accept the ticket instead delegating to our datacentre providers. This is new to me (but then I've not raised a ticket for literal years) and somewhat frustrating because the datacentre people themselves (who provided WHM) say they're not very familiar with support for WHM . Anyway, if there's a mechanism for feeding that back it could be useful but otherwise I just have to wait for them to work out what's going on with the server.

    Thanks again Rex.

Thanks for the update!  If your license is purchased directly through us you'd be able to submit at ticket, but it not, you would need to contact that license provider for support.
