https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/service-configuration/exim-configuration-manager/#skip-rbls-for-local-domains
Hi!
I was reading the documentation on how to make some incoming emails from certain domains go through even though their servers are in a RBL.
I came across this article, but there is something that is not clear to me.
If I add a domain to /etc/skiprbldomains that domain must be one of our clients, right? That means that client will not have any RBL check and any email will be entered, even if it is on a blacklist.
Finally, point 4 says "Verify that the skip_rbl_domains domainlist appears in the Advanced Editor."
I didn't find anything in the advanced editor related to skip_rbl_domains or /etc/skiprbldomains. Should I do something else?
Thanks!

Hey there! I wasn't able to reproduce this on my end. I added the file, added a domain to it, and then this section appears in WHM in the Advance Editor area:

Are you not seeing that section there?

Hi, how are you?
I finally managed to get that line to appear in the exim advanced editor. After created the file "/etc/skiprbldomains" I had to run the command "/scripts/buildeximconf" and the line appeared!

Interesting - you shouldn't need to do anything else besides what is outlined in the doc, but I'm glad to hear that it's working as intended now.
