Unfortunately that doesn't tell me much either.
Do you have root access to the server? If so, then you would be able to check /var/log/maillog and see if the connection is making it to the cPanel server.
I also see that your domain is using Cloudflare for the nameservers, which can cause connection issues.

I deleted that post with the log file as it was several hundred lines. We're just looking for one or two lines that would happen while you try to connect with Outlook - do you see that happening when you watch the log in real time?

Unfortunately, no communication or registration process is being initiated. I have tried accessing the service from multiple computers, but the issue persists. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
