My emails don't go out or don't reach the recipient
AnsweredIn my cpanel I have a site set up with wordpress, in which I have a domain and for that I created an email address. The problem I have is that the emails arrive, but they do not go out. I have already configured both in cpanel, as well as my dns provider (aws lightsail) the spf, dkim and dmarc records.
Please, can you help me resolve this issue?

Hey there! AWS blocks outbound emails by default:
https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/ec2-port-25-throttle
You may be able to request that they remove that block as outlined in that article. If not, you would need to configure a smarthost to send email from that system:

I'm leaving the answer in case it happens to anyone else. Basically, you have to ask AWS to release port 25.
After AWS releases the port, the emails go out without problem.0 -
