Request for Temporary License to Facilitate Server Migration

Hello!

We currently have a server with more than 520 accounts cPanel, running on CentOS 7, which has been unsupported since July last year. Additionally, this server is hosted in a different data center, and the current IP will be discontinued.

Initially, we considered using Elevate to upgrade the system. However, due to the number of accounts and the complexity of the process, this option seems too challenging.

For this reason, we have decided to set up a new server and migrate all accounts in a structured and secure manner.

I noticed that you offer a 15-day trial license, but I’m not sure if that would be enough time to migrate 520 accounts from one cPanel to another. Would there be an option for a slightly longer license to ensure a smoother migration process?

Given this situation, would it be possible to provide a temporary license, allowing us sufficient time to complete the migration without the need for duplicate payments?

  Hey there!  The best thing to do for this situation would be to email cs@cpanel.net as they are the ones that issue all temporary licenses so they'd be able to help!
