SSL Certificates denied because "flagged as high risk"

Is the second time in a raw, on Comodo ($12) and also cPanel ($9) certificates that I can't buy one and get the message:

"MaxMind Error

Your order has been flagged as Potentially high risk and therefore it has been held for manual review"

But when I contact  cs@cpanel.net they answer that I should cancel and try again.

I need to buy one because cPanel is neither working with autoSSL, so everything is wrong with this.

How can I solve this for good?

  Hey there!  Unfortunately I can't do anything for this over the Forums.  Can you let me know the ticket number that was generated as part of your Customer Service request?
