Transfer or Restore a cPanel Account fail

cpanel ver 124.0.28  Transfer or Restore a cPanel Account is not working. When accessing the screen, it goes white, nothing is displayed. https://snipboard.io/6Ato7Q.jpg

  Hey there!  There aren't any general issues with the Transfer Tool and I also couldn't reproduce this on a test machine, so it seems like this is isolated to your specific environment.

  Since there are no errors shown in the browser could you try a different browser or a private window to see if that shows things normally?  If not, can you check the cPanel log on the server with this command:

  tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

  as that will show the log in real-time while you load the page.
