my emials not getting recived

My Cpanel mails suddenly stop getting recived by external mails, i can recive and the send logs show correct but poeple are not getting my mails, im kinda new working with cpanel and i try everything and nothing

  Hey there!  If you have root access to the server you'll want to check the main email log at /var/log/exim_mainlog to see why your specific message wasn't received.  I recommend running the following command:

  tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog

  while sending an email as that will show you the log in real-time.  That should get you pointed in the right direction as to what is happening with the message.

  i dont have root access, i try to SSH to the server i this show:
  Shell access is not enabled on your account!

  Without root access you likely won't be able to resolve this issue.  You'll need to speak to your hosting provider or datacenter to have them check the logs and resolve the problem.
