https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360053149353-How-to-teach-SpamAssassin-to-identify-more-spam
I was reading that support article and noticed it is for maildir/mbox not mdbox (where all messages are stored as in "archive files" eg. multiple messages per files) in which messages are not found under folders as mentioned there?
Any hints on how to utilize sa-learn on cPanel user level (without access to doveadm) to get proper mails from under spam folders in mentioned mdbox cases?
(Edit: With doveadm admins can run specific scripts yes but my question is for ordinary cPanel users!)

You could always log in to the email account in question via webmail and actually designate the message as spam. It'll be moved to the spam or trash folder (I forget which). Do that enough times with incoming emails that are spam and they are likely to eventually be tagged as spam.

Yes as they are also likely to be picked up by some international BL - however, question at hand was would it be possible to utilize similar use for mdbox of sa-learn as in mentioned article...

I reached out to the email team and they confirmed that this isn't currently possible. Your best bet would be to submit a feature request for the specific improvement you'd like to see happen with sa-learn and we can see if that's something we can add.
