Blocked customer IP
Hi. Hey,
I am using AlmaLinux v8.10.0 STANDARD and CPanel 124.0.28.
Although I whitelist the IP of my customer who has about 30 computers using fixed IP in “cPHulk Brute Force Protection”, my customer cannot reach the server. When we log out from the same computer with a different IP, he can access the server, but when he logs out with a fixed IP, he cannot access the server.
I checked the Blacklists on the server, but the IP in question does not appear in the blacklists either.
What is your solution suggestion?

Hey there! You'll need to have the customer perform some additional testing on their end from the network address that can't access the machine.
The best tool is likely a traceroute test, as that will show all the network connections made between their machine and your server so you can see exactly where the connection breaks. Depending on the operating system the customer is using they may need to install that tool before it is available to use.
