Error: Unable to find a match: aspell gdbm

I am installing cPanel stable release 11.124 on Rocky Linux 9 for the first time. It was all going well until I got an error saying that the installation could not continue die to packages not found:

[2025-02-24 08:20:26 -0500] E The install encountered an error: Cannot install 11.124.0.28 until needed system packages are installed.
[2025-02-24 08:20:40 -0500] W Error: Unable to find a match: aspell gdbm

Please let me know if you can help. I am unable to find these packages in the rocky repos.

  Hey there!  I do see that RockyLinux provides those packages:

  https://rockylinux.pkgs.org/9/rockylinux-crb-x86_64/aspell-0.60.8-8.el9.0.1.x86_64.rpm.html

  https://rockylinux.pkgs.org/8/rockylinux-baseos-x86_64/gdbm-libs-1.18-2.el8.x86_64.rpm.html

  Can you try and install those packages and see if that helps get things working?

  Yeah, but the following subscription repositories are already included on my system:

  Rocky Linux 9 AppStream x86_64

  Rocky Linux 9 BaseOS x86_64
  Rocky Linux 9 Extras x86_64

  So I don't know why they can't be identified and installed. Any ideas?

  Looks like these packages are in the Rocky Linux CRB repository. I'll need to add that repository to the system.

  That's odd as RockyLinux says that repo *should* be enabled by default in version 9:

  https://wiki.rockylinux.org/rocky/repo/#base-repositories

  but maybe those weren't enabled in your OS image for some reason.
