Cpanel users getting Maximum users exceeded

Hi Cpanel Team,

This is Raghavendra from Avon Project,  cpanel users are throwing Maximum users exceeded while trying to login to cpanel portal.

Could you please share the step by step process to increase maximum users count on cpanel from Admin login credentials.

Please let me  your inputs.

  Hey there!  Do you have root access to the server?  This is something that only someone with root access will be able to resolve as this is a license issue on the server.

  Hi yes....i have root user access to the server console....Please help with  the steps....

  There aren't going to be specific steps you can take to fix this, as you need to buy a larger license to support the number of accounts you have on the server.  If you're having issues with that process you can reach out to cs@cpanel.net and our Customer Service team will help you with that.
