IDN-domain email address
I am trying to make an email জয়ীতা@বিটিসিএল.বাংলা but it is showing as following in web mail:
xn--w5bq6a2clk@বিটিসিএল.বাংলা
How to fix the username part?

Hey there! When you created the account, did you convert it to punycode first? There are tools online like https://www.punycoder.com/ that would let you do this and then you'd create the email account using the output on the right so the special characters are handled properly.
