Loading cPanel Terminal Shows a Black Box?

Hi folks,

Ok, this falls more into the Gremlins category, but I couldn't find that option here in the forum. Really should be one...

I have a client who sees a black box when viewing the terminal. Now, here’s the crazy part: no one else can reproduce this issue, and various staff members can see it loading fine.

Fiefox almost loads... but as gibberish


Thoughts?

One of our staff mentioned it might be an IPv6 issue, but we are not finding any supporting evidence on that yet...

Tests I can have the client run to help troubleshoot the issue?

  Hey hey!  So the issue only happens with one specific client?  You aren't able to reproduce?

  Is he able to try a different browser or at least try in a private window?  The issue seems isolated to his environment somehow, and if you're not seeing anything in the main /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log file, it's likely something with the browser.

  - all browsers (note images)
  - macbook pro m4 specific (possibly)
  - cox cable

  Maybe an antivirus or something?  If the issue is just with this client it can't be anything on the server.
