whm 360 monitoring account blocked
We are running into two problems.
One our paid account for 360 monitoring is suddenly blocked without a reason when we try out login information. And the server dashboard also reverted to the free version even though we paid the invoice and its a verified account.
And two no support ticket gets made when we request assistance from https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
Can support kindly take a look at why tickets submitted are not shown in the client portal and no mail is send even though it links us to https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/requests after submit as if the action succeeded.
And second send us a private message or mail on this known mail-address so we can share the exact details of the account we need assistance of untill the ticket submission works again? As we can not post that information here publicly for obivious reasons.

Hey there! I had our Zendesk admin review your account and they didn't see anything out of the ordinary there. It's hard for me to check something that isn't showing up or doesn't exist, so could you email a screen video, if possible, to cs@cpanel.net and then that will go straight to our Customer Service team?

Yeah that is indeed a problem one I am all to familiar with clients.
Strange enough its working now again on the same browser and location.
The next time it happens I will make a screencapture and send to the mentioned address. Should I also include a export of the network connections, client interaction in the browser as HAR file or would that be considered a non accepted extension?And thanks for the fast response.

Sure! If you can do a HAR that would help the Zendesk admin out as I know he likes to see those.
