    Hey there!  I had our Zendesk admin review your account and they didn't see anything out of the ordinary there.  It's hard for me to check something that isn't showing up or doesn't exist, so could you email a screen video, if possible, to cs@cpanel.net and then that will go straight to our Customer Service team?

    Hi,

    Yeah that is indeed a problem one I am all to familiar with clients.
    Strange enough its working now again on the same browser and location.

    The next time it happens I will make a screencapture and send to the mentioned address. Should I also include a export of the network connections, client interaction in the browser as HAR file or would that be considered a non accepted extension?

    Sure!  If you can do a HAR that would help the Zendesk admin out as I know he likes to see those.

    Hi cPRex,

    The problem toke some time to return but I got a capture of it in a guest browser now.
    I have send CS the capture and a video of the issue. Hopefully they can figure out what is causing it.
