Cron job limiting for users

How can we prevent users from scheduling cron jobs every second and limit them to a minimum of once every 5 minutes?

Users are setting random cron jobs every second, which sometimes are failing or generating a large amount of emails every second. How to stop this?

  Hey there!  I don't have a way to limit this type of behavior in the interface.  If you'd like, you could submit a feature request at features.cpanel.net and I'll have the team review this, or I'd be happy to submit that request for you.
