Email to Hosting Provider Support for SMTP Issue
Urgent: SMTP Outgoing Mail Suspended

I am experiencing an issue with the SMTP service on my domain. Whenever I try to send an email, I receive the following error message:
Error Message:
"SMTP Error (550): Failed to add recipient (Outgoing mail from 'redacted.com' has been suspended.)."
Due to this, I am unable to send any emails from my domain. Kindly check and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know if any configuration updates or verifications are required from my end.

- Issue: Outgoing mail is suspended
- Error Code: SMTP Error 550

- Attempts Made: Checked DNS settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and mail server configuration

Hey there! There isn't going to be anything we can do on our end to help with this issue. You'll need to speak with your host and they'll be able to unsuspend the account and tell you why the issue happened.
