Hello, 

We have CPanel installed on CL8. 

How can we update it to the latest CL9 version?

  Hey there!  Currently there is no tool to perform this update:

  We are working to create a system that will handle AlmaLinux 8 to 9 upgrades here:

  https://features.cpanel.net/c/89-elevate-alma-8-to-alma-9

  but if you need to make that change at this time your best option is a full migration.
