Emails are not receiving

Emails are not receiving but does not get any error. following is log

tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog

  Hey there!  If that is the only log data from the sender, the issue wouldn't be on the cPanel side of things, but an issue with that sender's configuration.  Can you send them this information so they can check things on their end?
