    Hey there!  While we do distribute the cPanel software, we don't have any control over your individual cPanel account.  You'll need to speak with your hosting provider to see if they can enable SSH on your account and see if they even offer NodeJS services on your machine.

    But why this application manager is not working I used the same parameters in url and I check and coming to SSH ie open and enabled in cpanel ok

    I'm not sure why this wouldn't be working in your situation.  Since you only have cPanel access you'll have to speak with your host so they can check your account.
