WHM cpanel big issue

Hi there, I am running a dedicated WHM server. The server own 3 Cpanel accounts with assignet domains. Now I found you are able the access the domain websites by the desired IP address (SSL certificate error given) or even, more worst, you are able to rout any external domain by DNS A record to the desired IP address, and the website content is shown under the external domain url name, so you are able to hijacke the website, and show the content under your own name and url. (giving a SSL certificate error at the beginning) Of course this external Domains are not listed at the Cpanel account. So something is set wrong at WHM, but I can't find the issues.   Hey there!  The first thing you mention is normal behavior - any Apache server will serve the first vhost it can if it gets a request for an IP address.

  I'm not sure I understand the second part of your request with the hijacked URL - can you provide me with an example of what that URL looks like?  Just make sure to use a fake domain name in your example so we don't share personal data.
