mailman messages go to black hole
I have an issue with a mailman mailing list that used to work correctly for years.
For the last couple of weeks or so, when I send a post to the list, most of the times it just goes to a black hole. I searched thoroughly through logs and what happens is that exim receives the mail and seemingly delivers it to mailman virtual transport. From that point, no other trace of the message exists in the exim or mailman logs, no emails are sent to the list and nothing about it appears in the mailman web interface.
Sometimes, the list will work correctly, I would say about one out of ten times.
Running cPanel 126.0.10 @ ubuntu 22

Hey there! I don't have any similar reports of this behavior at this time, and with the issue being intermittent I'm not sure how much progress we'll be able to make over the Forum. Could you submit a ticket so this can be examined directly on the server?

I’d love to but I have cPanel through my VPS provider and I don’t think I can submit tickets. Supposedly I can ask them but asking anything but the basics has led nowhere so far. I’m pretty alone in this. Do you think I can ask them to open a ticket for me?

Yes, if they aren't able to resolve the issue on their end they should be opening a ticket with us so we can take care of it.

Sometimes I feel like I am paying quite some money for virtually no cPanel support.
Currently, I am reading ticket replies of my VPS provider about ip black listing, mail deliverability etc. They have no clue. And I'm still quite far from getting a cPanel ticket.

If your license was purchased directly through us you would be able to create that support ticket yourself and talk to our team directly.
