Hey there!  I'm not familiar with the directory structure you are describing.  By default, if someone creates a backup with WP Toolkit those get stored in /home/username/wordpress-backups, and they are named domain.com__date.tar.gz.

Can you let me know the specific location in the cPanel account where you are seeing those files and what the contents are?

    Hello,

These processes generate hidden folders, with copies of existing backups... see the folders below:

    [root@myserver public_html]# du -sh .wp-toolkit_*
    234G    .wp-toolkit_3
    57G     .wp-toolkit_D
    307G    .wp-toolkit_E
    52G     .wp-toolkit_H
    52G     .wp-toolkit_j
    67G     .wp-toolkit_p
    93G     .wp-toolkit_R
    26G     .wp-toolkit_v
    189G    .wp-toolkit_w

and within each folder of this there is a structure similar to the structure of Wordpress that is in production... these hidden folders replicate data, including backups,

    Have a nice day.

    Romulo

Thanks for the additional details.  By default, neither cPanel nor WP Toolkit creates a .wp-toolkit backup in the user's public_html, so I'm wondering if there is a manual backup happening somehow?  Do all of these backups have sequential dates, or do they happen at the same time of day?
