Manage Team for development

I have dev users, that need to access cPanel to deploy, manage websites and portals. I donot wish to give them access to Email Accounts and other high level admin features etc.

I have created Team Users with role Web and Database.

But these roles not suffice, as they donot include custom features of CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Softaculous etc. I thought there would be a way to make a custom user-role in cPanel, with the features I need, but could not find it.

How to manage such situations?

  Hey there!  Currently there isn't a way to do that.  In a future release of the Manage Team tool we plan to add more functionality so the admin will be able to choose what features users ca have, or even create feature lists for team users.  However, I'm not sure when those updates are going to be released at this time.

  Hey, thanks for the clarity. Does there exist an alternative method that would allow us to isolate the development team from emails and high-level features?

  Unfortunately no, there isn't such a tool available besides what you can do in Manage Team currently.
