I can't access Cpanel

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue while trying to access cPanel. After logging in, I am automatically logged out whenever I navigate to another page. Additionally, refreshing the page also results in an automatic logout.

I have noticed that this issue only occurs when using my home internet connection. When I connect via a different network (such as mobile data or another Wi-Fi), I can access cPanel without any problems. Up until about a month ago, I was able to use my home internet connection without any issues. This problem started recently.

Could you please assist me in identifying the cause of this issue and suggest possible solutions?

  Hey there!  The first place to check whenever there is an issue with the interface is the main cPanel log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log.  However, if other networks are working well, it is unlikely to be an issue on the server side.
