Mail Routing Error

Since yesterday all emails on the server are no longer able to send or receive emails.

When doing a lookup in Mail troubleshooter in WHM for my own email i get the following:

Map Legend

Icon	Meaning
	Mail Routing Error
	Filter/Alias File
	SMTP Destination The email definitely exists on the server

The email definitely exists on the server but when sending emails to it the server rejects it and tries to bounce it back but even the bounce does not get delivered saying 

Unrouteable address

Can someone please help as around 100 domains are affected since yesterday.

  Hey there!  If this is affecting all domains on the server it is unlikely to be a DNS issue unless there is a problem with your nameservers.  If the websites are working properly I would encourage you to open a support ticket, either with us or your provider, so this can be investigated directly on the machine.

  Thank you it turned out to be an exim mis-configuration and even though I had three service teams work on it they only discovered this when i told them it could not be an IP blocking site that we do not use as we could not send mail internally as well.
