Urgent Help Needed – SRD-SASSA Website Error (srd-sassa.web.za)

Hi everyone,
I’m writing this as a concerned and very frustrated user of the SRD-SASSA platform. I’ve been trying to access my status/update my details for the past few days, but the site keeps giving me an error.

Every time I try to log in or check my SRD status, either the page doesn’t load properly or I get some strange message like “system error” or “application not found.” I’ve tried clearing my cache, switching browsers, and even using different devices – but no luck!

This is seriously affecting me because I rely on this grant, and the delays are making things very difficult.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
And if so, has anyone found a fix or workaround?

Also, if any admin or official sees this, please help us out – at least acknowledge the problem or give us a timeline for when this will be sorted. It's really stressful when there's no clear support or response.

  Hey there!  I'm not sure how this would be related to cPanel, so I'm not able to help with this on my end.
