    It's in the advanced section of the transfer tool. It's on all our servers like this.

    Well, I just learned our documentation is wrong, and I've submitted a request to get that updated - thanks for pointing this out!

    We do have another report from a user last night that additional threads were not being used, but I wasn't able to reproduce this on a test machine.  If you could submit a ticket where we can see this in action that would help us diagnose the issue.

    Thank you. Yes, I noticed the same thing. Even at 5 threads setting, I could only see one thread in the processes. Where can I open a ticket?

    You would be able to do that through WHM >> Create a Support Ticket if your license is purchased through us.  If the license was purchased through a third party it will direct you to their support.
