Problems receiving external emails
About 3 hours ago, one of my clients notified me that they weren't receiving emails from external sources. This is strange because the problem appeared suddenly, and they were still able to send messages and download them to their computers. Could the firewall have been the cause? I have the impression that the issue was resolved after disabling the CSF service.

Hey there! Sure, the firewall is as good of a guess as any, and disabling CSF certainly would have resolved it.
