Hey there!  I edited your post as we can't share domain names on the Forum.  However, I don't see a problem with the SSL on the site when I checked the domain in a browser just now.  Is it possible that it fixed itself with a recent update from AutoSSL?  The main t*****.co.za domain is working well for me and shows as secure.

Do you have access to WHM or just access to your specific cPanel account?  If you have WHM access I would just delete the SSL for the domain and recreate it as that would issue an entirely new certificate.

i have un-install the certificate but still no luck, is there a way to completely remove this Cert, and where would it be on the file manager in cpanel.

Using that WHM function does completely remove the certificate.

At this point it would likely be best to create a ticket so this can be examined directly on the server.

This has been logged with 1-Grid my hosting provider and it seems that are not able to resolve this issue. its since starting of April, is there assistance from Cpanel themself to assist.

Yes, they should escalate the ticket to us if they can't resolve it.

Have you tried a different browser?  I really don't see anything wrong with the site on my end.

I don't have a good explanation for that behavior since I'm not directed to that site at all.  Mine was a basic WordPress configuration page, as if there was a new WordPress install.

It seems like there could be DNS issues with the domain that are keeping the site from displaying properly at various geographic locations, but there won't be anything I can do on my end to help fix this.

Only your host will be able to fix it, and if they can't they need to escalate the ticket to us.
