WHM - Globally Reroute Incoming Mail from Specific Domain

Hello,

I have a dedicated server running WHM with multiple cPanel accounts. Is there any way to reroute incoming mail from a specific external domain (that is sent to any of the internal domains) to a specific email address?

  Hey there!  The only global tools we have available are the "Filter Incoming Emails by Domain" tool, which just lets you block a specific domain from sending email to all accounts:

  I don't have a global level filter that would let you setup a redirect like what you're looking for.  This would make an excellent feature request if you'd like to get one submitted over at features.cpanel.net, or I can submit that for you.

  I'm certain there is a way to do this with custom Exim filters, as there is a way to do pretty much *anything* with custom Exim filters, but you'd have to do some research on your end to see if that will fit your needs.

  Thanks for the info! If you'd like to submit that as a feature request, that would be great. For now, I'll dig a little deeper into the custom Exim features. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

  Sure thing!  I've submitted that just now and I'll bring it up with the email team during out next meeting.  I've linked this thread to that request as well so I'll post an update once I have one.

  Update - I did speak with the team about this and making a new interface at the WHM level to handle this work isn't something they plan to take on at this time.  They also recommended exploring Exim filters directly if you wanted this across all accounts.
