Hello, we have recently been observing slow speeds in file downloads through CPanel. Is a limit control added?

If there is a restriction and it cannot be removed through the system, please share with us where the relevant setting was made so that we can make the necessary adjustments.

Update - our team has been doing extensive testing with this case and we aren't able to reproduce the issue. In fact, File Manager outperformed FTP in every test we attempted.

Hey there! This is a known issue and our team is tracking that through case CPANEL-43121. There isn't a fix available yet, but our team is looking into the possible causes and I've added this Forums thread to the list so I'll be sure to post an update once I hear anything.
