server problems install cpanel

hello i am trying to install cpanel on my server, at the same time i am writing to support but it tells me that my supportid is invalid. please help me to install my platform.

  Hey there!  The best option here would be to email cs@cpanel.net and that will put you in touch with our Customer Service team.  They'll be able to forward your request to support and we'll help you get cPanel installed!
