change PHP-FPM version show error with firewall enabled

Hello,

if CSF is enable and try to change php version show

Error: Can't locate object method "to_locale_string_no_id" via package "PID 1810640: The cPanel Server operation timed out at cpsrvd.pl line 669. " (perhaps you forgot to load "PID 1810640: The cPanel Server operation timed out at cpsrvd.pl line 669. "?) at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/PackMan/Sys.pm line 214. 

if i disable firewall works fine. Which ip uses cpanel to this function? to check if was blocked.

  Hey there!  cPanel wouldn't be using anything other than a local connection to the server to make this request, so it's unlikely to be related to an IP block.

  Do you see anything helpful in the CSF logs?
