  Hey there!  I'm not able to fix any licensing issues through the Forum.  If the Litespeed license was purchased through cPanel you would need to contact our Customer Service team at cs@cpanel.net and they can help get that working properly.

  We purchased a VPS with cPanel and LiteSpeed. Initially, there was a license issue, although the license had already been purchased. We resolved it by running the license update command (/usr/local/lsws/bin/lshttpd -r), and after that, everything started working properly.
