Disable Items In Contact Manager

Hi,  I just wanted to be sure i understand the contact manager correctly. 

For communication type, i do not use ICQ,  have no need to post notifications to url, dont use pushbullet, have no need to post notifications to SMS, and dont use slack.   So i can disable all of those, correct?

 

I have email set to ALL, that is all i need.
