Extensive CPU usage by AWstat process
The Awstat runs the below process on the server which checks for an invalid log named "Mydomain.com.com-ssl_log.bkup" and uses all the CPU for that particular user.
Below is the command I could see when the process is in action:
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/perl /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/awstats.pl -configmydomain.com -LogFile/etc/apache2/logs/domlogs/mydomain.com-ssl_log.bkup -update
I have checked in /etc and the user's home directory to see if there are any scripts that cause the same. And I didn't see any scripts that could be the source of this process and where it gets the wrong non-existent log from!
Can anyone please help to get this resolved?

Hey there! I don't believe that's an "invalid" log file but a temporary file that gets created while the logs are examined. Are the log files for that domain larger than the other accounts on the system? If it's a busy account it's completely possible that the log processes will use some CPU resources.
