This message appeared last week when I logged in to the control panel, and it logged me out when accessing any page, such as email or databases.
The same thing happened when I logged in to WHM. I deleted my browser's temporary files and tried a different browser, but the same problem persisted.
I also received messages indicating slow server response when I requested an update to a WordPress plugin, which is cURL Error 28: Connection Timed Out After X Milliseconds.
In your opinion, after I implemented the available solutions and the problem was not resolved, where does the problem originate?
-
Hey there! It's unlikely for this to be something on the server side of things. The most likely explanation would be your local network, especially if your local IP addresses changes frequently. If the IP changes, you'll get that session error, and it could also lead to timeouts since the original connection drops.
Are you aware if your ISP uses DHCP or if your local IP changes?

No, I don't have any IP issues. I have cPanel subscribers in different cities who are experiencing the same issue. I can't even browse webmail because the email page displays a weird login screen. This is annoying.
0 -
That Webmail screen looks like the default to me - can you get me more details on what isn't working there?
0 -
Do you see how in the email view box the login screen appears instead of displaying emails?
The problem is that I have implemented all the tasks required to provide protection for the server, and the service provider, Contabo, refuses to acknowledge that it is a problem with the server side.

OH - I assumed that was a split screen of some sort since it's right down the middle. But yes, definitely not normal.
Since you have root access to the system, what do you see in the Roundcube log? I would expect that to show any errors or disconnects. https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360054983694-Where-can-I-find-the-Roundcube-error-log
If this is also happening at the same time that the login/IP/network issues are happening, that would explain it as well.

Another thing I'm wondering - session issues could be caused by an issue with the server's time being set incorrectly. Could you try using the WHM >> Server Time page to ensure that is synced with a time server?

Was the account experiencing this issue recently migrated?

should i change it to my time zone ?
0 -
The time zone itself doesn't matter, as long as the time is correct, so that isn't the issue.

I had this problem at first and contacted technical support. Later, they told me that they had moved the server to a lower-load data center. I don't know if this is true or not.

Do you see how the menus and icons appear the wrong way?
0 -
It seems there are multiple issues here, but I wouldn't expect the cPanel icons to not load because of that cookie issue. You can always check the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log file to see if that shows any issues as you load the interface.
I would try performing a forced update with "/scripts/upcp --force" and see if that takes care of any of the issues. If not, I would see if you can get the host involved to look at the system as there seems to be something fundamentally wrong with the server.

https://www.yogile.com/b5elwd98hny/033430930l/share/?vsc=26aa410e5
is that normal ?
0 -
Should I redo the previous command "/scripts/upcp --force"؟
0 -
No, none of that is normal - the upcp will continue in the background if you lost connection to WHM.
I would say if these issues weren't happening prior to the changes made by the datacenter, that has to be related.

What do you advise me to do? I want to move the server to a good service provider. Can you recommend a company with good service?

Unfortunately I'm not able to recommend any providers directly.

I tried connecting through Tor Browser and it showed that I was connecting from Europe. I was able to open and browse my email. However, when I opened it from Saudi Arabia, I got these issues related to permissions and cookies.

They likely have a firewall that could be blocking or re-routing various countries but that would prove it's some type of networking issues from your location to the server.
0 -
Is there a way to check and confirm this through WHM?
0 -
No, this wouldn't be something controlled at the WHM level - this would be happening outside your server on the network.
