Transfer Tool Messes up WHM

I am setting up a new server using WHM and AlmaLinux v8.
Every time I use the transfer tool, it says complete with no errors but then I am unable to use WHM.
It messes up my install and I am not able to use terminal or most of WHM. I get the following error when trying to view Server Status:

I have tried reinstalling the OS 7 times now and trying to pinpoint where the issue is happening, and it's only when I try to migrate from my other server using WHM with the same OS and version (126.0.16).
Please advise, as I've never had this issue before.

Update: It might have been due to a new RAID 10 partition I made, and I was mounting it to /home - mounting it to /home2 appears to have solved the issue.
