Hey there!  Can you let me know the work you're performing to get to this error?  WP Toolkit should be installed by default on all servers so I wouldn't expect you to need to perform any work in WHM to make this happen.

If you could let me know what specific work or commands, as well as your cPanel version and OS, I can do some testing on my end.

I don't see WP Toolkit in either cPanel or WHM, so i am going to the WHM Market place and trying to install the extension.

I'm wondering if your license provider has WP Toolkit disabled at the license level, as that's really the only reason it shouldn't be present on a server at this point.

It's also worth noting that the current Stable version of cPanel is 126, so you are 8 major versions behind - if there was an issue with your system, it's possible we wouldn't be able to resolve it at this point.

I would check with your license provider to see if they have that disabled.

It's worth noting that updating the OS wouldn't override any license settings from your provider about WP Toolkit.

If this is a dedicated system you may be able to use the ELevate tool to update the OS without migrating or adjusting hardware in any way:

    https://cpanel.github.io/elevate/

If the machine is older, it might be worth performing a traditional migration with the Transfer Tool (https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/transfers/transfer-tool/) to get onto newer hardware.

You can put your IP in the box at https://verify.cpanel.net/app/verify and it will tell you if it's through us directly or through a third-party.

it looks like its through cPanel, so does that mean its not a provider license blocking WP Toolkit?

Correct - it would be best to submit a ticket so we can check this directly on the machine and see why WP Toolkit can't be installed.
