Service SSL Certificates marked as self signed
Hi,
We purchased a certificate from Sectigo for our hostname and tried to install it for the WHM service certificates but it get listed as 'self signed' in the WHM>>>manage Service SSL Certificates>>>>install new certificate>>>>>browse.
Is Sectigo no longer a recognized authority or is there another problem?

Hey there! Sectigo is still a completely legitimate company so there must be something else happening. Does anything odd happen when you use the "Install a New Certificate" section at the bottom of WHM >> Manage Service SSL Certificates?

Hi,
All appears OK on installation and if we visit the website and click on the padlock the new certificate has been updated with next years expiry date, but in WHM >> Manage Service SSL Certificates if we click on the 'browse certificates' you get a pop up window showing the 'SSL certificate List' and the newly installed certificate is listed as 'self signed'

I'm not entirely sure why that would be happening, but it's good to hear that it's working.
It would be best to create a ticket for this issue so we can see it in action.
