ioncube 13 for php 7.4 and Rocky Linux 8

I've read the other posts that there is no support for ioncube 13 on php 7.4 on older centos 7 versions, but how about Rocky Linux 8 ?

  Hey there!  No, IonCube 13 was never released for PHP 7.4.  The earliest version I see that available with is PHP 8.1.
