    Hey there!  I've redacted most of the personal details in your post as we aren't able to share personally identifiable information on the Forums.

    You would need to contact your hosting provider about this issue.  While we, cPanel, do create the software that your host uses, we don't actually host your content or server, and we aren't connected to your hosting provider in any way.  They would be able to tell you if there are backups available.
