Emails sent - but replies "Couldn't be delivered"
Emails from xxx@domain.com to xxx@msn.com go through correctly. (This is not isolated to MSN emails, it happens with my other email accounts as well.)
But when an email is replied to or directly sent, it comes back with an error message.
Your message to xxx@domain.com couldn't be delivered. info wasn't found at domain.com.
I have tried going through all of the settings to see what the issue might be, and I cannot spot it. I do have another email on that same domain that has been working great for 5 years without issues. Any help would be much appreciated. |

Hey there! Is this issue isolated to MSN? As in, can you properly send an outbound message to another non-MSN address from that server?

Oh, that is a good question, and I should have specified that. No it is not just an MSN isolated issue.

When you send the message, what do you see in the Exim logs (/var/log/exim_mainlog), both on the outbound message and the bounceback (I'm assuming your error message is a bounce, but it could always be a local DNS issue)
