Tomcat in Container - heapspace variable problem
I am pretty stuck in seting up tomcat in container using easy apache.
I am trying to change the java variable, because i need more memory and the limit is 512MB.
I tried creating the container with catalina opts variable,
/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/ea-podman install ea-tomcat101 -e CATALINA_OPTS="-Xms512m -Xmx2048m"
I tried changing it with bash inside the container and restarting. Nothing works.
Does someone has some info about this?

Hey there! Have you tried adjusting the configuration directly in the server.xml file mentioned here?
https://docs.cpanel.net/ea4/containers/tomcat-via-containers/#default-configuration
If that doesn't work, it might be best to create a ticket on this issue so the problem can be examine directly on the server.

Hi, yes, that is the first thing i tried. Opening the ticket right now. Thanks.
Okay i bought the cPanel license from Hetzner, so i can't even open a ticket. When i contact them, they forward me to cPanel. How is this supposed to work?0 -
Okay, apparently, i am paying for useless cPanel license over there at Hetzner. I don't understand this agrement, but this is just bad...
Dear client.
Thank you for your request.
We do not give support for cPanel or the configuration of unmanaged servers.
You would have to get the license directly from cPanel in order to get support from them. You could contact cPanel to request a transfer of your license to them.

That's unfortunate, but not the first time I've heard that.
