SMTP error from remote mail server.
Today I have been having an issue replying to emails from one organization.
We email each other regulary and I have never had this issue before.
This issue only affects them as I am able to reply to emails from other clients.
They can send me emails using emails of their different employees but I cannot respond to them.
Below is the error message. Kindly assist in simple terms as I am not a tech person.
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<***.com>: *** Service unavailable, Client host [***] blocked using Spamhaus. To request removal from this list see https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/**.98.***.*** AS(1440) [DB1PEPF000509E4.eurprd03.prod.outlook.com 2025-06-05T18:36:05.915Z 08DD9FB83A1BBA03]

Hey there! It looks like that is the bounceback message you're receiving when you email that certain user, correct? If so, the only thing you can do on your side is click the link to request removal from that list.
The person you are trying to send to is using an email blacklist tool, and your server's IP address is listed on it. You may also want to contact your hosting provider or datacenter as they usually like to know when an IP is blacklisted.
I'm sorry I don't have better news on this but there isn't going to be an immediate or instant fix for this one.
